All San Diego County registered voters have automatically received their ballots in the mail for the June primary election. Voters have options for returning their ballots through the mail, at a polling place on election day, or a designated drop off location between May 9 and June 6. The Del Mar Library continues to be a San Diego County Registrar of Voter’s ballot drop off location for primaries and general elections, and can accept ballots directly into an official drop off box inside the library during open hours Tuesday through Saturday. Ballots must be returned in the official return envelope, signed and dated by the voter. If dropping off ballots for someone else, please make sure they have signed and dated the envelope and that you fill in the area for drop off authorization.
